How do I create an account?
You can create an account by signing in with your Apple ID or Google account. Simply tap "Sign In" on the welcome screen and choose your preferred method. Your account will be created automatically.
How do the AI recommendations work?
CineMind learns your preferences based on the movies and TV shows you like or dislike. The more content you rate, the better our AI understands your taste and provides personalized recommendations just for you.
What's included in Premium?
Premium includes: ad-free experience, unlimited content addition to community lists, access to exclusive categories, and a verified profile badge. You can subscribe monthly or yearly for the best value.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CineMind → Cancel Subscription. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings → General Settings → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove all your data, including your watchlist, likes, and created lists.
Can I share lists with friends?
Yes! You can create public lists and share them with anyone. Just tap the share button on any list to copy the link or share it directly to social media and messaging apps.
Is CineMind available on Android?
CineMind is currently available on iOS. We're working on an Android version - stay tuned for updates!
