1. Acceptance
By using the CineMind application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
CineMind is a mobile application that provides users with movie and TV show recommendations, watchlist creation, and community list sharing capabilities.
2.1 Free Features
- Movie and TV show discovery
- AI-powered recommendations
- Watchlist creation
- Like/dislike marking
- Community list access (limited)
2.2 Premium Features
- Ad-free experience
- Unlimited list content addition
- Exclusive category access
- Verified profile badge
3. Account Creation
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must be over 13 years old
- You must provide a valid email address
- You must provide accurate and current information
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Do not share your account with others
4. Acceptable Use
When using the App, DO NOT:
- Share illegal content
- Harass or threaten others
- Send spam or unwanted content
- Create fake accounts
- Compromise app security
- Use automated bots or scrapers
- Infringe copyrights
- Share hate speech or discriminatory content
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
Lists and comments you create belong to you. However, by sharing this content, you grant CineMind a license to display and distribute it.
5.2 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines.
5.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you share.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 CineMind Content
App design, logo, and original content belong to CineMind.
6.2 TMDB Content
Movie and TV show data is provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). This data is subject to TMDB's terms of use.
6.3 User Content
Respect others' intellectual property rights.
7. Premium Subscription
7.1 Payment
- Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store
- Prices are as displayed in the store
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
7.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
7.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- To cancel, go to subscription management in your device settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple policies
- No refunds for partially used periods
7.4 Price Changes
We will notify you in advance of price changes.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 "As Is" Provision
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will work without interruption or errors.
8.2 Content Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy of content information from TMDB.
8.3 Recommendation Quality
We do not guarantee AI recommendations will suit your personal taste.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineMind is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss
- Loss of profits
- Service interruptions
10. Account Termination
10.1 By User
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → General Settings → Delete Account
10.2 By CineMind
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
12.2 Waiver
Not exercising any right does not mean we waive that right.
12.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
